Pros
The rice is very long-grained with a natural but not overpowering sweetness. It steams beautifully in my double-boiler rice cooker. This rice has been properly aged to achieve the perfect hardness.

It's consistently of high quality and is always our first choice.
This is the best basmati rice, and i've been buying it for many years, decades even.
After washing, put it into boiling water for 10-12 minutes, and drain.
The first way is to wash it, soak it water for an hour and ten minutes.
Price
The rice itself is great and also a good value.
Good quality rice at a good price.
10 pounds has a ridiculousprice of 50$ .
Found same size for half the price sold here - half!
Shipping
This product came fast and well packaged and at a very good price.
The only issue is their shipping which is with usps and takes long time.
Packaging/appearance
Great packaging and rice kernels are long and perfumed.
The first time, the rice bag had been opened and the box had been put back together and taped.
Competitiveness
I have tried many different companies and types and this one by far the best.
After all the basmati rice fails i’ve had with other brands, i’m glad to find my favorite brand again.
No other brand i tried matched the taste and ease of cooking correctly.
A few years back i read that cooks illustrated had, at one time, given tilda brand basmati their #1 rating, as well.
