It's not particularly water-resistant, probably because of its battery door, which might be an issue if you drop your keys in the puddle.

Another is on my car keysi am going to unpick the stitching on my wallet to insert the credit card shaped tile into the lining and then restitch it to help aid ensuring the tracking device goes undetected if my wallet is stolen
