Pros

The new slim is about the thickness of 3 credit cards. In your pants pocket. Unfortunately it sometimes is finicky to start ringing.

Cons

The tile card works maybe 2/10 times, but it always disconnects. The premium service doesn't work at all, either. Because it only works about 1/4 of the time it is pretty much useless.

It's almost hard to believe that this glaring of a problem made it into production, and that they haven't yet come out with a version that fixes it. This thing is too inconsistent to rely on.

The range is short, even by bluetooth standards. It also has a much shorter range then advertised. Apple tags have way better tracking, battery life, and range.

Tile 2019 is pretty mediocre, ya know. Customer service online is zero help. This thing is all marketing and zero performance.

It has great features and super easy to set up.

I gave this to my husband to put in his wallet because he always loses things and this was easy to install and works great.

Seems to last about 2 years and then battery is dead.

One day i set my wallet down on my nightstand and it fell down into a cardboard box.

Price

And, for me,the cost of using this product has been about $10 per year.
