Pros

Work days are at least 12hr on a concrete floor or in a standup fork lift. The are very cushiony. Helps with discomfort from being on feet for hours on end. Good cushion for the feet.

Managed to score 4 sets of these from work benefit at amazon lol. Fleet feet are very good, but locally the store is no longer here.

Orange sponge material in the mid sole gives plenty of soft spring. Plastic bottom of the insole supports my arch just right. This is the 4th pair of insoles i have put in their boots and it looks like ot will de the last.

My only complaint is that i had to go to timberlands website for there sizing chart. They fit perfectly. Nice fit after the adjustment.
