Pros
They are not to bulky but give you enough support to combat the fatigue. The work boots that i use have an extremely hard outsole, but when i use them with these insoles they feel like wearing sneakers. They are comfortable and soft/cushiony.

The heel is thick so it digs into your foot and after walking 20,000 steps a night at work it is starting to cause knee and ankle pain and severe heel pain. These soles elevate your feet into the top of the boot which led to bruising and blisters. Had... Read More

Good quality, value and durability for the money.
I wore out the insoles that came with the boots before the boots.
And most new insoles are not as good as the original that came with the shoe for some reason.
Good comfort and material quality but don't buy these for arch support.
