Pros

They are very cushy and springy when worn. The anti fatigue technology is not a gimmick and is the selling point of these boots.

They fit like i expected, and are comfy out of the box. They seem to fit a bit wider than expected. I get a new pair every year, paid for by my employer.

Toe box is roomy, but may have to wear thicker socks. Wearing heavy work socks makes for a better fit.

The leather is thick and pliable. The lacing allows adjustment to get the boot to conform to individual foot shapes. Leather is quality and supple and properly thick.

These boots look great, and feel sturdy. They have the best insole on the planet. I must caveat, these are my initial impressions, not long term.

Cons

The sole is not as thick, the heel in the boot is wide and sloppy. The tread is gone.
