Most pairs i've owned have lasted 2-3 years of 50+ hrs/wk with the first pair lasting about 5 years (less use).
Shoes fit great and are very comfortable!

Overall, fantastic boot and amazon's price is much better than our local vendor.

Was provided a pair of red wing boots and it’s like night and day.
Competitiveness
I stand on concrete 8 to 10hrs a day and these are my 2nd pair.
Polyamide is the only thing that lasts more than 6mo on these boots.

First down side if the bottom of the boot gets caked in mud you will start slidding

These seem to check those boxes and last him a good while over a year when others are falling apart after 6 months

He didnt realize how worn his last pair of these were they still felt comfortable and protected until the laces snapped and he checked them out to see the tread was all but gone on 75 of the bottom and the sole was beginning to peel away under the toe
