The padded strap is non adjustable which kind of sucks

Not only was this a prime item that took a week arrive when it did it appeared to have been previously owned

My only complaint thus far is that yes the strap is reversible but the end of the tightening strap shown in pictures 4 and 5 ends up slipping off of the main stap due to the way it clips onto it

Leaving it a bit loose has worked fine but i may have to shorten the strap and fix the clip while im at itwell see

The only thing that would be nice is if the clip used to secure the excess length of strap were a bit tighter as it can slip off
