The only thing about the xs is that a regular size folder wont fit into it easily so if you need something to carry files you may need to go to the next size up small

Update to below i was able to replace the buckle via timuk2s replacement parts page on its website

The process of removing the old buckle and adding the new buckle was difficult but not impossible

The design ensures the buckle cannot simply fall off but makes it very difficult to replace the buckle
