Price
I thought it was way too expensive, then we found this one.
My only complaint, which is not really a complaint, is that it is sort of heavy, but that's a small price to pay for the quality.
Shipping
Delivered on time and exactly as promised.
At the time, i used the bag for work and each day it traveled with me stuffed with all the equipment and paperwork i needed for the day.
Competitiveness
I know it has a key holder, but that requires you to deal with the velcro, and i prefer to do that as little as possible.

I am not a big fan of the velcro mostly because it gets things caught in it over time and starts to look bad and because it is loud
