The quality of the materials and stitching is excellent. It’s uniquely fashion forward and destined to get lots of compliments. The rain resistance is a nice peace of mind, never have to worry about my laptop.

Highly recommend this bag. Better than other bags out there. It's an investment, but it worth it! Absolutely love it.

The messenger and catapult sling are excellent bags. It slings across my back very well with a comfortable, secure, and easily adjustable strap. The bag has great velcro and snap clips to secure the contents.

It's useless and cumbersome. What i've had issues with is the functionality. If this isn't enough to steer you away, there is one other issue to mention.

The bag contains p65 warnings which means it contains some toxins. It says timbuk2 san francisco, as if they are proud of the clowns. Tore a hole in my coat.

This bag's organizational features are the antithesis of organization. There are a bajillion little pockets, but none of them are useful. It has no exterior pockets, and the clasps are so difficult to open.

There would have been a simple solution - timbuk2 sells the strap pad seperately. Second, the strap is thinner and softer, and it twists easily. Third and most serious, the cam buckle is fiddly and unreliable.

The medium is really too small to be a good commuter bag. No padding whatsoever for a laptop. I can in no way recommend it for bike commuting without the cross strap.
