Not much for organisation pockets but when you need more room they get in the way

I bought this bag from timbuk2 directly a small bag is great if all you to do is carry certain things and nothing else

The issue with a lot of organisation pockets is they work great if what you are carrying is flat but suck if some of your stuff is kinda bulky
