Quality

As far as messenger bags go this is a very quality product.

I did do a head-to-head with the timbuk2 classic messenger and command messenger in medium.

I'm very pleased with the amount of pockets, compartments, holders and different areas to store my stuff.

If my experience with the manufacturer is any indication, this should last at least 20 years.

Price

Got the medium at a good price.

Unfortunately, my 15” hp zbook (company issue) doesn’t fit.

Packaging/appearance

The commute is my travel bag since it is larger and can go through tsa screening without taking my computer out of the bag.

Love this bag, i guess the only improvement i would recommend is making the the clips metal rather plastic.

Competitiveness

I bought this to try to take the place of a timbuk2 custom commute bag i had built maybe a decade ago.

I rarely rebuy products unless i think they are great.

Bought my wife a timbuk2 messenger bag about 10 years ago, she finally wore that one out.

There is a very accommodating, padded computer sleeve that will fit up to a 15-inch laptop.
