The blue interior is a great accent to the black and helps to find anything deep in the bowels of the pack.

- if you pack the bag up, its hard to get into the side pockets.

I open it up at work and put my helmet in there so its out of the way.

Competitiveness

I went through several competitors including chrome, but none were the right mix of water proof, functional and comfortable.

So far seems to be quite durable - like all timbuk2 products.

I only have one gripe: the outer side pockets don’t accommodate a 32oz hydroflask very well because of the weird design.
