As for security and pockets the main compartment is accessed via the flap and strap and anything one puts in it will be secure and dryits impossible to get to it without the zraaap of the velcro flap

In this main compartment is a laptop pocket it will fit my chromebook with case logic padded case and there is a sewn in loop for attaching a key ring clip

The full length pocket also has a small pocket near the napoleon zippered access opening for small things but i would not use it for the same reason

I did not purchase from amazon back ordered instead purchased from pricepoint for two thirds
