This bag is good quality the only reason its getting four stars instead of 5 is if its not pretty full stuff can fall out of the top i called timbuk2 and ask them if i altered the bag by putting velcro on it would they still accept it backtheir lifetime warranty and they said yes so thats what i did to remedy the problem with the top flap

The only reason i did not give 5 stars is the design flaw mentioned above
