The laptop compartment could use more cushion for the inside partition material is thin but the side touches your back is nicely cushioned

I wish the water bottle holder was on both sides its only on one and its on the side that awkward for my lefthanded self to get to i end up taking off the whole backpack to get to it

The larger main compartment is what i use for my charging cables usb hub battery backup fire tv stick and bose overear headphones
