Pros
Design is legit, i enjoy the combination of materials and blend of colors. The product has been used extensively and is holding up okay. Lifetime warranty is cool though.
It has a zipper pouch on the front and also inside on the top. It also has a few organizational pockets, 1 of which is zippered.
Its not super a comfy backpack but not terrible considering the price and size. The padding is moderate and comfortable. If you're looking for something comfortable, stylish and versatile, this is the backpack for you.
Cons
Ruined a few books today and might have ruined my nice set of headphones due to misleading marketing claims. The bag isn't very well designed.

Other than a laptop power cord a mouse reports note pads candy bars and some nicknack this backpack will not fit a kitchen sink

This is mostly an issue if the bag is pretty tightly packed because the corners of the top will fold out and be uncovered which is not ideal if it is raining

The side pocket is a bit small for waterbottles i worry mine will fall out while biking as the mesh is not very tall

The other side of the backpack doesnt provide a bottle pocket but instead loops incase you need to clip something on i suppose

It does have two zippers one for the front pocket and one for a small inside pocket but neither of these serve critical functions and both are wellmade
