Pros
Side panel velcro and bag design are so good that the buckles are just added security. Mounting and unmounting take very little time. The shoulder strap lets me have free hands for the subway portion of my commute. I love the way it attaches compared ... Read More

Bag is very waterproof. Works well in a drizzle. The bag is very durable and stands up to the elements and roughhousing.
Cons
The main bag seems sturdy enough but after only 6 months the straps that connect to the bike frayed enough to break. Since the bags are designed to be carried on a shoulder strap, there is a problem with the velcro catching a picking at your riding cl... Read More

I haven't experienced any problems with the durability of the straps noted in some other reviews.
(this is my main problem with the bag).
Dislike the velco on the bottom to hold the bag to the rack.
Price
It's a little heavy, but that's a price i'm willing to pay for its durability.

It took me an embarrassingly long time to realize that the velcro straps on top were to secure the bags to your rear rack rather than to secure something else to the top

Two additional velcro bands on the frontbottom corner of each side work just okay to secure the bag from flipping outwards away from the rack when there is lots of weight in the bottom of the side

There are several very conveniently placed and wellsized pockets on the bags but im finding myself moving more stuff out of the one on the top flap things slide around when you have the bag open and then it doesnt close quite right once you move the flap back down to the closed position
