Pros

It just looks really nice and not like other backpacks--spacious. This backpack fits the essentials and is nice and light. I have other timbuk2 bags that have lasted for years – i expect this backpack will also last for years.

I wish there was an exterior mesh pocket for keys with a key attachment. The opposite area from the laptop has lots of excellently organized pockets for pens, sunglasses, etc.

The fabrics, stitching, and zippers are all great quality. The tan color looks great. It is comfortable and seems well made.

Cons

The timbuk2 division backpack is very stiff and makes a crinkly sound when you move it. The shoulder straps are so short that the chest strap hit me right at the neck. I wouldn't pay anywhere near the msrp for this backpack.

Price

Price isn't supposed to be a factor in our reviews because it varies so much over time, but the current price of this bag seems high to me.

Packaging/appearance

I honestly don't see any wear and tear on the bag.

Competitiveness

As with all timbuk2 products, the fabrics, stitching, and zippers are all great quality.

A q-tip dabbed in olive oil did the trick.

Sleep look and great quality, as you would expect from a timbuk2 product.

This won’t be my last purchase from timbuk2.
