Pros & Cons
Pros
Maxing out the installed ram in older laptops gets more value out of them. They were instantly recognized by the laptops bios. Boosted my brothers laptop big time and runs much faster now.
Wasn't expecting much for $56 cad but was pleasantly surprised. Very happy with my purchase and how my return was handled.
I mostly buy timetec because it's inexpensive and every stick i've bought (quite a few) has given me zero problems. Impressed with the quality of the manufacture.
Ddr3 sodimm ram is a good value for your budget pc glow-ups! Works great in older hp pavilion laptop. Installed one on the hp laptop.
Thinkpad t460 upgraded from 8gb to 16gb. Bought two 4 gb cards from timetec. Registered as 8gb, no errors.
Cons
Not working in my dell latitude e6510. Keep getting the windows blue screens. One stick works fine, the other one is dead as a doornail.

Seems like very decent ram for very reasonable cost.
Packaging/appearance
The memory has nice packaging like other more expensive memory that i have purchased in the past.
Good price, easy packaging, works well at my laptop
Competitiveness
I have an old nano-pc with a dual core celeron j1800 cpu and a 128gb ssd in it.
Brought my laptop back from the grave using these paired to a new 1tb kingston ssd.
I decided to try timetec ddr3 1600mhz ram because it is cheaper than the conventional brands (samsung, etc).
The upper sodimm slot in the latitude is particular.
