One module of ram is not read by my computers in any slot the other unit works fine

The female tracks into which the memory cards fit are not easy to discern from features very close but offcentre a bit

The latches securing the cards can be used to guide the cards visually to the correct positiontrack the latches are quite stiff so the cards need to be pushed in to help the insert process
