The teathered sensor attaches to rear trailing fork arm (opposite of the chain), and a magnet to the rear wheel spoke.
You must turn on the sensor connection in your watch (device) to scan for the sensor, but my watch did this in less than a minute.

All the trick is about the position distance of the sensors

The distance between the sensors and the magnets should not be more than 5 mm

For the first time to get recognize the sensor you have to put really close sensors to the magnets and at the same time enable the scan function in the clock
