Pros
No one has topped timex as far as lights go. Strap is okay, it’s leather and i’ll probably replace with a nato strap someday. Strong glow on the watch hands, comfortable leather.
Just like your phone it needs to be calibrated, and seems to need it often. Compass works if you follow the directions, the temp is great when off your wrist.
This watch is truly incredible. It is the only watch i have found that is truly a compass you can land navigate with.
Cons
The compass seems to work, but the * used to set the declination of magnetic north do not work. I have to reset it every day for it to be accurate. The thermometer never reads anything remotely close to the accurate temperature.
This feels like more of a novelty semi-functional gimmick watch. The leather strap needs to break in. If you're going to put a leather * a wrist watch, at least put on a thinner, more flexible leather that allows the user to cinch the strap down.
Don't try to remove the original strap by unscrewing the lugs. The lugs are indeed screw-in lugs, but they are over-tightened. With both watches the center indiglo button fell out for not good reason.
Timex is junk and a waste of money. Pretty shabby workmanship timex. Timex watches are overpriced and incompetent.

Great watch , you need to take the time to calibrate it , before use it , but it works perfect .
Very nice watch it does have some weight not a lot but does feel like it's a quality watch.
Tried to replace band and two tiny screws holding on band broke off inside using a jewelers screwdriver.
Also, strangely, the indiglo feature does not stay on if you hold the crown, nor does it turn it instantly if you let go.
Price
I was able to get the watch at the reduced price and an additional 20%off coupon it offered.
For a watch at this price it's definitely 5 stars.
At the price it ought be at least a little bit better.

Great quality and features very poor packing, no protection at all, i don't know how the watch wasn't damaged or even broken.

I was in perfect shape but the vinyl protector pieces on the glass and back of the watch had been removed and there was no manual with it
