Pros

I was reluctant to purchase an unknown brand of vacuum - however it's amazing! The customer service is also really good. No other complaint.

Cons

Elle ne fonctionne pas. The warranty claim process is sloppy and you can't claim a warranty online because the online warranty form is not working.

Quiet yet powerful suction, the led headlights made cleaning even easier!

It has a lot of good features and attachments, there’s an led in front of the brush (helps to ensure no more debris left).

If you hit the unit too hard the filter can pop out and fall down and all the dust collected will fall out.

Pulling the thing out, plugging it in, holding the cord out of the way, unplugging and replugging to get to other areas.

Price

Definitely a great purchase for people just looking for a basic inexpensive stick vacuum.

Works great and i found mine at canadian tire for $179

I was not looking to spend the usual $300+ on a stick vacuum.

The attractive price point was definitely a major draw.

Shipping

Customer service was quick to troubleshoot my issues, and after determining the faulty motor, they sent me a new one super fast.

A replacement was very quickly sent by tineco, so that was great.

Competitiveness

This vacuum suction is way better than the bissell cordless vacuum.

I knew that if costco sold the tineco vacuum brand that it was at least a credible company.

I wanted to get this as a cheaper alternative to a dyson vacuum.

The head rotates well, although i've tried others that swivel a bit better.
