Tineco hero is a great alternative to a stick vacuum if you don't want to spend a lot of money on a dyson. It works just as well if not better as the $600 dyson i had before. It really makes vacuuming fun.

This vacuum works great on all types of flooring (hardwood, area rug, medium carpet) and has no issues * anything up. My entire home is hardwood floors. We have the waterproof luxury vinyl flooring installed throughout the house.

Cons

This skims the very top surface layer of the carpet but still managed to leave debris behind leaving the carpet slightly better but yet worse in other areas. It clogs at the bottom of the wand. The dust collector is small and also gets clogged.

Tineco’s customer service and support is abysmal and this company is a scam. Save yourself our headache and choose a more reliable company to support.

The good news is the part can be replaced for $90.

It took a few weeks to get it, but they did replace it.
