Comes with 2 separate batteries with dual charger stand. The battery life is amazing. I love that this vacuum came with 2 batteries, 2 filters & 2 power heads plus numerous other attachments.

Acts as if the filters are clogged with the flashing red light. After 1 year the vacuum does nothing. Since then the filter needs cleaning after less than 5 min of vacuuming!

Apres 2 mois les batteries ne recharge plus. Batteries both totally shot cajole vacuum is garbage. Can’t even do whole house without swapping and charging several times.

This item came quick,very light and so easy to use i love it .

I was able to buy a replacement from tineco which was delivered within three days.

Had a defective battery from the get go but tineco was quick to respond and another one in the mail.
