Pros

The tineco app also guides you into assembly and the various steps to setup. The only downside to this i can see however is the battery is not serviceable.

It is really easy to assemble/disassemble, and to convert to handheld vacuum. It is easy to use, lightweight, and easy to operate. For kitchens (with hard floors) this is hard to beat.

Cleaning performance is fantastic! But the tineco is a keeper! The solution has no tacky feeling and doesn't slip so it's a plus in my book. It dries faster than the traditional method. Using solutions is a plus with extra cleansing.

It works well for doing both vacuuming and mopping the floor. The mopping/vacuuming is great for floors. I love this thing, i vacuum less because it get everything snd mops at the same time!

The other issue with the vacuum as a pet owner was that pet hair will build up on the roller.

Price

The only thing i would change about the tineco (other than price) is the size of the cleaning head.

The only down side is the price, hence only the 4 stars.

The cost is expensive, which is the main reason for the 1 star off.

The biggest drawback on this is the price, it really limits who can get access to this.

Shipping

Tineco, please talk to your shipping company to care a bit more when handling your product!

Packaging/appearance

Amazon box is intact but when i opened it, the product packaging was damaged.

Everything from a scoop of protein power, to dry cereal, to wet oatmeal, and cooked noodles: the tineco just “slurps” it up.
