Pros & Cons
Pros
The roller picks up and removes dirt and cleans the roller with every spin. The hand vacuum attachments are perfect for cleaning cars.
It's a game changer. It's hair and * things…. It’s almost grosses me out, knowing that my baby was crawling all over that same floor. The suction feature is so great for when my kids spills water or juice.
I have roughly 2,800sq feet of finished/stained concrete floors so vacuuming and mopping never end. The best part is that it vacuums and mops at the same time. Tineco has the best wet vac sweepers.
The amount of yucky stuff in that filter when i get done is * but amazing. A few drawbacks for me are the size of the clean and the dirty water tank. Water lasts a long time on regular cleaning setting.
It cleans along the baseboard, is easy to maneuver, and the interactive screen lets me know to give certain areas more attention. Only downside is it does take quite awhile to fully charge the battery. If you have a big house go with a model that has ... Read More
Cons
A two year warranty is meaningless if you can't get service under the warranty. The battery life is just ok. Customer support is terrible!
It is supposed to smoothly distribute water, which would dry on its own. It also requires consistent upkeep of the tank to deodorise so that it doesn’t omit any bad scent.
From a vacuum perspective - it's not terrible but you'd be better off with a $100 cordless. But for ur money is not worth it. Don't waste your time or money.
It skims your floor leaving it damp while it smears around your floor gunk. Get a bissell.
Highlights
Quality
The self wash feature is super cool and makes clean up easy.
My harwood is engineered and has the “hand scraped” texture and this still cleans them perfectly.
I was bummed when i first got this product, water leaked everywhere.
We mop/vac approximately 1000sqft of hardwood/tile floor and still had 25% battery left.
Price
Hesitated to purchase it due to the price.
Finally purchased when the price went down to $320 or so.
Shipping
I emailed customer service and was able to identify a problem with the clean water tank pretty quickly.
They sent a replacement, i received it in just a couple of days.
