Pros
This cleans better than a $1000 dyson and it gets the mopping done too! Makes me enjoy cleaning the floors because it’s so quick.
The s3 model has a longer battery life and bigger water reservoir. It also works really well so i’m sticking with it.
Cons
After less than a year of use the product stopped charging. It says charging has commenced then just shuts off.
The voice commands all wrong. There has been an occurrence of excessive water release during the cleaning process. Frequent failure in initiating the self-cleaning function recently, rendering the cleaner unusable.
Tineco does not have repair center in canada, therefore cannot provide repair or replacement. Impossible de faire le nettoyage automatique non plus car elle manque de batterie. Je ne la rachèterai paset je ne la recommande pas non plus.
The entire experience is unpleasant. This just adds to the frustration. I would not buy anything from this brand again; the time wasted dealing with them is just not worth it for me.

The cleaner works great and the self cleaning feature is terrific.
The battery lasts a long time and the self cleaning mode is fantastic .
After 11 cleanings in 14 days the dwt water is lighter, but nowhere see thru.
We used this after mopping our lvp and the water that came out of it was disgusting.
Price
So i’d say it’s worth the purchase if you can get it on sale (40% prime day)!

I am a fanatic about clean floors and quickly realized my old ways of using a regular vacuum and mop just werent doing a good job

I went through 3 tanks of cleaner and dirty water on first use

After one week when i used it again i only used one tank of solution and dumped the dirty water at the end

After the self clean you do need to take it apart and clean everything which is a process however once per week is worth the extra effort

When i purchased i didnt realize that you cant use it as a vacuum only so i still need my other vacuum for in between mopping
