Pros

This is our first cordless stick-vac and we love it. This even rivals my trusty corded dyson vacuum in terms of raw suction. This vacuum does it all for us.

The automatic setting is intuitive and helps to conserve battery power. The trigger pull is extremely easy. Charge lasts a long time, in alignment with the specs sheet.

It has really good suction. It does a great job on tile and wood flooring as well. This thing optimizes power applied to suction depending on how dirty the floor is.

Cleaning the filters isn't hard, but you do need to do it frequently until your house catches up. Clean the main canister and its filter is easy. When the dogs are shedding we clean the canister once during the process.

Cons

The bin is incredibly small, and the filters clog up after only one or two uses. Even after unclogging (it clogs all the time) and emptying the canister, it's terrible. Seems like any debris stimulates the sensor indicating a clogged pipe.

The main vacuum head is thicker so it doesn’t fit in certain areas that are low. This thing is not meant to replace a corded carpet vacuum like our kirby. As soon as i turn the vacuum off i end up with a pile of dirt spilled out onto the floor.

The vendor offers zero useful customer support. It's a $200 piece of garbage. I wish i didn't procrastinate on trying to get this resolved.

This vacuum has no suction. It spits back debris/can’t suction backwards. The suction is so bad it makes the other vacuum seem phenomenal in comparison.

Wish the battery lasted a little longer when using on the highest suction option, but overall a great vacuum for the price point.

I recently had to contact customer service and was blown away by the rapid, committed, and more than reasonable response to my issue.

From the unboxing and all of the attachments to the hanging it on the wall and being able to charge it.

No issues and its still better than the newest dyson my lady bought that has charging issues frequently.

I used to have the cordless dyson so when it broke, i wanted to venture out to other brands for a better price.

I have tried so many different ones, shark, bissel, eureka, etc.
