As far as the accuracy of the hygrometer and its alignment in the lid, i was able to pop out the hygrometer very easily, open the back of it, and adjust the needle ever so slightly to be in agreement with a digital hygrometer i purchased - and now the built-in hygrometer is working perfectly and is lined up straight in the lid.  Read Less
