Pros
This increased safety is worth it for me. Work like a charm. Love them.
Bought these to scrape decals on windows. They're sharp and not rusty, which is suppose is all you really need. I use these to clean my glass stove top, so sharpness and quality needs to be there.
Every single blade has a cardboard protection sheath on it. They stay sharp for a long time as long as you don't * them. I doubt there's any blade out there that you can * and it won't go dull.
Cons
They are extremely brittle and poorly made. Even the slightest amount of pressure causes them to shatter. A couple of scrapes and the blade is dull.

The blades come in a retail plastic box that can be closed again after opening it, which is very important for such dangerous pieces.
Comes coated in protective grease, so wipe them off (carefully) if you're doing something that will be affected by that.

The cardboard blade protectors are glued on too tight
