Pros

Well made, comfortable, and a real time saver. The long handle is ergonomic and fits well in the hand. Soft grip with a strong shaft.

It works great! Awesome other than that issue. But it'll works well for as long as it lasts. Love it and highly recommend it.

Cons

No advantage over using a 5 in 1 tool or box cutter. Sad waste of money.
