Pros

Follow instructions or review video. Titan post anchors are a bit expensive but there is nothing like them anywhere. Little bit pricey but overall good product.

Sturdy, solid and tight. Feels just as sturdy as existing posts which were installed with lag bolts. Trex comes out with an optional post skirt to fit over the titan primus post anchor.

This installs a 4x4 post on top the deck that is as sturdy as if it were installed from below. Relocated the deck stairs and rail. Used this deck post anchor to install a gate at the top of my deck stairs.

Cons

Spent two weeks trying to figure out how to drill a straight hole into the end of a 4x4 with a cordless drill. Get the real ones from an actual dealer.

While the square drive isn't a bad drive, the clearance between post and drill/ratchet is pretty tight.
