Pros & Cons
Pros
Super comfy grip, even when wet. Convenient blade shape makes it a great all around utility knife for projects where a larger knife would be cumbersome.
Price point. On par with arcos and mercer commercial lines at around the same cost. It's a knife for amateurs. As a butcher who uses it daily as a beater, i approve.
No chips, dings or notches in the blade and it still holds a keen edge. It seems well built and was razor sharp out of the package. Very sharp even after alot of use.
Curved blade works great for removing the membrane and silver skin from skirt steaks & brisket. Perfect for vegetable chopping.
