I store mine on a magnetic tool strip from harbor freight * into my cabinet. It’s seems well built and was razor sharp out of the package. Easy to handle, not heavy, but also not a lightweight throwaway knife.

Super comfy grip, even when wet. Nice for some things requiring a little more dexterity. Steel seems to be top quality and the handles are constructed durably and comfortably.

Price point. On par with arcos and mercer commercial lines at around the same cost. Good value for the money, sharpens up well and is very comfortable to use.

The granton knife edge (the oval divots along the edge) aren't really effective enough to keep sliced food from sticking to the blade. The handle is so thick, its difficult to pinch the blade while chopping.
