Pros & Cons

Update Pros and Cons

Pros

Swiveling the head makes it fast and easy to work with bolts without needing to ratchet all the time. The swivel head gets into tight spots and allows ratcheting. The pivot is nice also to help fit into awkward spaces.

Bought at the counter at autozone for $9. Feels like it is very sturdily made. Does not feel like the cheap stuff at the checkout counter of the auto or hardware store.

Just a drop or two of oil improves thier action and durability. I always take any ratchet i get apart (carefully) and lube the ratchet mechanism with 1 or 2 drops of 3-in-1 oil. Titan makes some quality tools.

Solid tiny ratchet.

Works great just like a 1/4 ratchet, but fits in the tightest of places. The whole thing is a perfect size (not obnoxiously small, not big and in-the-way) the compactness is a good thing.

Cons

Was way too small to be useful.

So compact, but with the smooth ratcheting teeth, you only need a small twist radius to tighten or untighten a fastener quickly...  Read More
