Pros

It is pricey, but it works well and is plenty long enough to reach to most applications. Works perfect & very well made item.

The shaft rotates inside of a sleeve so that you give added support without tearing up your fingers. The locking mechanism holds the bit very well and there is little play in the bit when it is locked in place.
