Quality

The system works flawlessly and i really enjoy the guide, & preprogramming features.

It has now been working perfectly for a week, with the mini producing in the bedroom all of the bolt functions from the living room.

However, the whole setup has not been through a power outage yet, so i do not know how well it will recover without intervention.

This took multiple cards and probably about 4-5 hours phone time.

If your looking to save some money on your cable bill, try it out!

They've paid for themselves and are now saving me $30 per month off the cable bill.

Competitiveness

The tivi mini vox is a really nice upgrade over the prior tivo mini.

I guess you can get these from multiple sources, but i bought the tivo brand adapter.

The other thing that's crappy, xfinity on demand has been removed from tivo.

In addition, the streaming apps, especially amazon prime app, work much better on the mini vox than the older mini.
