Pros

This product is wonderful! No problem. I am very thankful that this wrap was available. Product was shipped on a timely basis. This is so handy and convenient.

Blue gel packs can be frozen or heated. Gel packs don't freeze solid so they easily conform to my jaw line.

The wrap itself is soft and stretchy. It has a tuck sewn in at the chin. The velcro is very strong so the wrap stays secure around your face.

Cons

The chin strap has a velcro that completely sticks to hair and is very difficult to get the hair unstuck from it. Very disappointing. Not sure. What a racket. You are wrapping this around over the head so it's impossible to not get hair near it.

It really minimized his swelling, and with the velcro, it's so easy to keep the wrap in the correct position.
