The packaging says phantom advanced optics rm3, not tms tactical.
Competitiveness
I am using it on an ar-15 along with a sightmark red dot.
If i ever opt for a real aimpoint magnifier, i will still hang on to this one for another black gun project.
Switched out the side flip with a utg 30mm.
A bit heavy and glass not absolute best but if you can't afford4 hundred for a top line eotech etc.

I mounted it to flip to the right so it wouldnt obscure my vision when not in use

Thats the only reason for not giving 5 stars i had to change the suggested mounting instructions to accomodate my right handed hold as suggested by an earlier reviewer

The way i figure the holographic is keeping the aim true so magnifier isnt as important as the sight
