Note this cable is fine for 4k resolutions but does not support the newer hdmi 2

So if you plan on staying with the bleeding edge of video and audio hardware you might want to consider a v2

I couldnt get any video to output to the projector from my rokureceiver in the middle of the room

Long story short i tried a few things which resulted in no success i tried purchasing an hdmi 4k amplifier to boost the singal through the 50 ft hdmi i tried connecting multiple hdmi cables i had in my box o cables to create a shorter 20ft length run and finally i tried splitting the audio and video signals thinking that the lower bandwidth would be able to make it the entire way to the projector

Hdmi cables are not all created equal so please consider buying new ones as the cheapest option to getting your setup to work
