I installed it in my movie room and have it set closet to the couch so that when i am watching a movie and can just plug in my phone and charge it

Id rather have it open so i can easily plug in my usb port it is annoying to have to slide the door open and then plug it in

The unit itself seems to be made very cheaply using cheap plastic
