However it does not close properly the magnets do not shut off the ipad and i wasted a lot of battery and data before i figured out that i have to double check it every time i close it

There is a loop on the right hand side for an apple pencil if you need it but the loop is not in the way if you dont have a pencil

The case has a soft liner that is tan in color and has a couple of little pockets for credit cards business cards or something similar
