The charger that came with it never worked and when i called while still under warranty they told me to clean it with alcohol and so forth and by the time that i figured out that it still wasnt going to work no matter what i tried the warranty expired so they wouldnt send me a new one

Contacted company and they were incredibly apologetic and offered a refund or a new unit i chose the new charger which they immediately shipped and has been fine for 2 months of near constant use
