Simple and easily portable. If you like bringing them to the gym for cardio. They hold their shape and really make you sweat.

These do not stay velcrowed, they keep coming undone no matter how tight or loose i wrap them. They are super annoying to exercise in, and didnt help me at all with weight loss. Do not buy.
