Pros

The toaster oven/air fryer can flip up to reveal extra counter space or hideaway in a lower cabinet when not in use. I like how compact it is and that it can take up less space on the counter when not being used. The option to store it vertically is p... Read More

The oven cooks very quietly, though the end beep is quite loud. The broiler is very good if a little awkward. Check pan size if finishing a skillet dish under the broiler.

It is way less bulky than my previous toaster oven too. The oven function is great for single pies and other smaller dishes. I have a narrow bit of butcherblock for this and it fits perfectly.

The temperature seems pretty darned even. It circulates hot air quickly and evenly inside the oven cavity.

The oven is easy to use as the controls are easy to understand and the digital readout is large and clear. It is very easy and intuitive to use. It’s very easy to operate and clean.

Cons

Air fry is too close to food. It also smokes when used. It is a fire hazard and we need to replace it.

Don't feel right donating this piece of garbage. It now sits in the basement for yard sale stuff $2 bucks on it or free maybe.

The metal finish is the current standard and fits well into my kitchen.

It works very well on frozen pizzas, and with good preparation, you can also cook a pizza from scratch.

If pressed for 5 minutes to get the water out, a brick of tofu cut into pieces takes about 18 minutes at 400.

Yesterday, the pre-set dial stopped working correctly, won't change settings without some fiddling, then won't change the time/temp.

Price

For the price, this can't be beat.

I'm not sure i could ask for more at this price point.

Customer service was also great and handled my issue promptly.

Update - took a couple tries, but was able to contact seller, had to submit a video of issue, replacement unit shipped/received.
