I took one star away because the listing says machine washable but the hang tags and the instructuctuon woven into the waistband both say they are not machine washable

The white and light pink are a little transleucent but the others are nicely opaque

The white and light pink does allow you to see patterned underwear through them so they are only for under dresses but the darker colors blue green black dark pink do not show through and i let my daughter wear them by themselves
