While there isn't much padding, the lift comes from the way it pushes the girls together. It has pockets for extra padding. Very flattering on me. It works miraculously.

These thimbles barely cover my * let alone my whole *. Tape works better. Looks good, but pushes the girls a lot to become cleavage and risks * show.
